For Course improvement and to ensure relevance during training, we share your data with our course instructors. This data may include things like your age or gender, city, country, device settings, and other Kalahari Training Institute courses which you have shown interest in or have studied.
With Other Students and Instructors:
If you choose, shared content, profile data and activity may be publicly viewable during our tutor led training by other students and instructors. During tutor led training, if you make a contribution to the discussion or ask a question, your information (including your name) may also be publicly viewable by other users depending on your settings.
With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents:
We share your data with third-party companies who perform services on our behalf, like payment processing, data analysis, marketing and advertising services (including retargeted advertising), email and hosting service. These service providers may access your personal data and are required to your data at our discretion.
With Analytics and Data Enrichment Services:
As part of our use of third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics, we share certain contact information, Account Data, System Data, Usage Data.
To Power Social Media Features:
Sharing user experience to third parties (as when using the Facebook Like button) allows
social media provider to collect things like your IP address and which page of the Services you’re visiting, and to set a cookie to enable the feature. Your interactions with these features are governed by the third-party company’s privacy policy.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
