BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS 8.1 All course material and documentation received from Kalahari Training Institute is copyright, private and confidential. 8.2 If the number of trainees changes from that quoted and paid, the Client shall advise Kalahari Training Institute a minimum of two working days prior to the training date. 8.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring attendance of their staff, be it in-person/tutor-led or self-paced courses. 8.5 Should Kalahari Training Institute cancel any training due to unforeseen circumstances, payment will be immediately refunded to the Client. 8.6 On agreement/purchase of KTI courses, the Client/trainee gives Kalahari Training Institute the right to take photos and video’s during training session, to be used by KTI for marketing purposes. 8.7 If the client/trainee cancels the in-person or online tutor-led course within 2 days of the booking date, there will be no refund. 8.8 If the client/trainee cancels the in-person or online tutor-led course within 5 days of the booking date, there will be a refund of 75%. 8.9 The person booking/registering the course is agreeing to the terms and conditions. 8.10 Dates of courses or training venue may be changed without notice. 8.11 Read in conjunction with KTI Cancellation and Refund Policy. TUTOR-LED COURSE NON-ATTENDANCE 9.1 If a trainee has paid and booked to attend a course and does not attend the course, the full course fee is not refundable. LATE ARRIVALS/MISSED SESSIONS 10.1 Without prior notice, if a trainee arrives late for a course, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the training course. If the late trainee is refused entry or dismissed from a training course, 100% of the course fees are non-refundable. 11. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES 11.1 On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require Kalahari Training Institute to cancel a Tutor-Led course. The trainee or company will be given as much notice as possible and KTI will offer the trainee or company alternative course dates. LAW AND JURISDICTION 12.1 These terms of use are governed by Botswana law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Botswana. KTI Website Cancelation & Refund Policy KTI understands that occasionally, trainees who register for an online training course may change their mind for one reason or another. KTI therefore have a refund policy for trainees who decide not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given within the fourteen-day grace period, under the following circumstances: The trainee did not access any portion of the online course ANDthe trainee requests a refund, in writing via email within fourteen days from the date of the registration/purchase. There will be no refunds for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner. A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of P50. The procedure to be followed in order to request a refund or cancellation is to contact KTI at training@kti.co.bw with your full details, including email address and your order number. The email must be received within fourteen-day from date of registration/purchase. If you are entitled to a refund under the terms stated above, KTI will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the online course or via an electronic transfer that will be paid into your account.
