- Her diet appears to be poor.

- There is no mention of friends, and it seems that she does not get to spend much quality time with her daughter.
- Her methods of relaxing include coffee, cigarettes, and soft drinks – not the best choices.

Question 3 of 3
3. Question
What advice would you give Cecilia?
-
This response will be reviewed and graded after submission.
Hint
With a bit of planning and awareness, Cecilia could restructure her day to make her life less stressful. It also may be possible for her to reduce her lunch break to one hour, and thereby work a shorter 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. day, giving her a bit more time at the end of the day. (Of course, she might be stuck with this schedule, but it is worth discussing with her employer.) She could also consider finding a different day-care centre that is a bit more flexible with her time.
Even if her schedule were to remain the same though, she could structure it differently.
- She plans her meals on weekends and makes sure she has healthy food in the house.
- She packs herself a lunch.
- She quits smoking.
- She starts using a to-do list.
- She starts putting herself first and prioritising.
- She switches day-care centres.
- She goes to bed an hour earlier.
