About Virtual Training
These will be carried out at specific scheduled times over an agreed period for your convenience and in compliance with the number of notional learning hours for the course, a HRDC (Human Resource Development Council) requirement. The courses include pre- and post-course assessments submitted to your tutor before the commencement of the course and then upon completion. The Virtual Training sessions will consist of a maximum of one and a half hour periods over the agreed training period. PowerPoint presentations and videos will be used, and course manuals emailed to each trainee as well as available online. In between the Virtual Training sessions trainee’s will be given case studies and assignments to work on, individually and in the interactive discussion rooms. All completed case-studies and assignments are emailed to the tutor for assessment. The tutor is also available via email for queries and assistance.
Once the trainee logs in they will be tracked through the process and given guidance where needed. A completion report for the employer will be provided at the end of the course with full information of the trainee’s achievements throughout the course period. A certificate will be issued to all trainees.
Hybrid courses are available for cases where some of the trainees can attend in-person and some need to attend virtually. Contact us to discuss the flexible options and to arrange your Hybrid training that will best suit your training needs.
